Banksy

Avevo promesso un blog che non parlasse solo di moda ma anche di foto e arte, oggi volevo parlare del piu' famoso esponente della street art! Banksy, di lui si sa' veramente poco, la sua identità è tenuta nascosta. Le sue opere sono fatte con la tecnica dello stencil e sono spesso a sfondo satirico. I suoi stencil hanno cominciato ad apparire proprio a Bristol si pensa dove sia nato e cresciuto, poi a Londra e a seguire in altre citta' europee!!!
L'evento che pose il suo nome nello starsystem dei graffiti europeo fu' il raduno di graffitari Walls On Fire a Londra
La cosa piu' simpatica è la sua abilità di entrare nei musei più importanti del mondo e appendere delle sue opere tra le altre già presenti. I suoi temi preferiti in questi casi, sono quadri dipinti in perfetto stile settecentesco, con l'aggiunta di alcuni particolari completamente anacronistici!
Forse non tutti sanno che l'artista ha realizzato a Napoli in seguito cancellato :-(  uno stencil che rappresentava una reinterpretazione della Santa Teresa del Bernini, raffigurata con in mano delle patatine e un panino,a rappresentare una provocazione contro il consumismo
